How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your business. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, we’ll review your needs during a free consultation and provide a flat, predictable monthly rate — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Do I need to be local to work with you?
No. Cedar & Ledger is a virtual bookkeeping firm. We serve clients across the U.S. using secure cloud-based software like QuickBooks, Xero, and FreshBooks.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
We primarily use QuickBooks Online but are also experienced with Xero and FreshBooks. If you already have a preferred platform, we can usually work with it.
Do you prepare taxes?
We don’t file taxes directly, but we prepare all the necessary financial reports and can coordinate with your CPA or tax preparer to make filing stress-free. Tax preparation support is available as an add-on service.
How do I get started?
It starts with a free consultation. We’ll discuss your business, your goals, and what’s currently stressing you out about your books. From there, we’ll recommend the best service plan for you.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard cloud accounting tools with bank-level encryption. Your data is always private, secure, and backed up.
